Fran Millar is an inspiration to all women (and many men) who work in the cycling industry. She actively positively discriminates when hiring in order to get more women into the industry and she invests in advocacy projects like the Women in Cycling Forum where she hosted the first event. I have listened to her speaking publicly on two occasions and she has an amazing story of working her way to the top of the professional cycling game, starting of as a PA and now as second-in-command at the most prominent and successful road cycling team globally.
