TESTIMONIALS

I recently purchased a bike from Biketreks and was super impressed, with the help and advise I received. I was able to test ride several different models around the car park and this was a great way to help, to decide, which bike to purchase. I cannot praise the staff enough for their friendly and knowledgeable manor and I would be very happy to recommend Biketreks to anyone wishing to buy a bike. The stores are beautifully laid out and carry a vast range of bicycles to choose from. Keith made us so welcome, offering us a cup of coffee and advising on the suitable clothing and safety equipment. Great changing rooms and with a cycle path right outside the front door, we were able to ride home from the store. Great location and a very cool shop.

Biketreks are based in the Lake District and are specialists in road, mtb, gravel and e-bikes. They are a well respected company stocking some of the best brands in the world. The shop staff are all very attentive and knowledgable and they have the best service department in the Lakes.

Biketreks really take the choice of product to the next level. BUT the very best thing about Biketreks is the people who really make them stand out from all the other shops with cool products of which there are many up and down the country

Fantastic company offering a great range of products and excellent customer service. The showroom at Ings is a great asset for the Lake District community.

I call in to the Biketreks shops at Ings and Ambelside in the Lake District quite often to see what’s new and occasionally to get some technical support if my bike isn’t quite performing. The staff are great. Really enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on kit, new stuff and the best areas to go off road or on depending on which bike I’ve brought along. I think the shop at Ambelside has been around for a while, but the new showroom at Ings is really fantastic with great displays and a really nice vibe. I called in a few weeks back and timed it right as they were doing a ride along day with a great social side. I can’t recommend them enough and think they are a fine example of what an independent bike dealer can achieve with a very personalised brand.
